The hotel's location is unbeatable. Its central position allows you to explore the vibrant city of Fira on foot, with many restaurants and shops just around the corner. the main bus stop is also within walking distance, so you can easily discover the island's wonders. the rooms are clean and welcoming, so you can enjoy a good night's sleep after an exciting day of sightseeing.
The hotel's communication could be improved, with the reception being unstaffed after 5 pm and unreliable Wi-Fi.

Despite some issues, my New Year's stay in the heart of downtown was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and decorated with modern fittings. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby attractions and restaurants. , the staff was friendly and accommodating.
That being said, I encountered several problems during my stay. finding the hotel was a hassle because of the inadequate signage.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's right in the heart of the town, making it a convenient spot to explore the city from. The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the cleanliness of this hotel is remarkable. Furthermore, the main bus stop is just a stone's throw away from the hotel, making transportation convenient.

Great location, very close to the heart of town and key attractions. Complimentary breakfast and room service were also offered during our stay. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable bedding, and the staff was generally helpful and polite.
The hotel was difficult to find as it was not properly labeled, and the lack of signage made it hard for taxis to locate.
